If for any reason you are not fully pleased with any product you purchased from PuppetShowBooks, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace your merchandise or refund your money. How do I return merchandise ?
Please call our toll-free at 800-779-5277 to obtain a return authorization number.RMA Returns: claims covering defective merchandise and shipping errors must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without authorization & need our RMA#. Authorized returns are subject to 20% restocking charge and must be sent insured freight prepaid. When purchased from a coupon or a free shipping promotion, the buyer will be charged back for the initial Shipping and Handling cost ($23.85 maximum) and a 15% restocking fee on the unopen & unused item with the non damaged retail cardboard box.
RMA Condition of product: The returned product must be complete without any damaged or missing items. Some items like the Super Star Theater may have to be inspected prior any refund and may take up to 30 days prior any refund. If the returned product is missing items or damaged - the RMA is subject to 30 to 40% restocking charge. Batteries for the Message Marquee are the exceptions.
Purchaser further agree to be responsible for reasonable interest fees, collection cost and attorneys' fees in the event or default or nonpayment of credit extended. By buying from us, my company and/or I agree to the terms and conditions of sale as provided by the vendor granting credit.
What if I have a delivery problem?
If a shortage or damage is detected, notify the delivery Transportation Agent and file claim promptly. Delays may cause you loss.
Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when we have a received or signed the transportation Agent document. We cannot honor storage claims beyond 7 days after delivery.
What about if I want to cancel?
Cancellations are subject to review and approval of management, we reserve the right to bill customers for work in process and materials.
